How do I cancel or modify my order?
Unfortunately orders that have been placed cannot be modified. Orders placed within 1 hour may be cancelled upon request. Please contact us at Info@gigiroyals.com.
I have received the wrong order/a damaged item, what shall I do?
If you have received the wrong order or if your order arrives damaged please send photos to Info@gigiroyals.com and we will issue you with a replacement.
Do you offer custom orders?
Yes we do offer custom orders. Whether you need gift bag favours or corporate favours we do it all. Fill in our contact form or send us an email and we will respond within 24-48hrs.

We ship only in Europe.
How long does delivery take?
We give a time frame of 2- 4 working days for parcels within the Europe. Once your order has shipped you will be notified by email.
My order hasn't arrived can you help?

How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. If you have not received your email and you wish to track your order, please contact us at Info@gigiroyals.com.
What delivery courier do you use?
We only use PostNL.
